Drop Deck Details
Our drop deck van trailers have 503 cubic feet of additional space compared to a conventional van. This allows for double, and sometimes triple stacking of lightweight, bulky freight. Some applications, such as auto parts, appliances, and water heaters, enable the customer to ship up to 87% more freight!
Conventional 53 foot trailers have a capacity of 3,900 cubic feet. Their 110-inch height makes double or triple stacking of freight difficult, if not impossible. This is unfortunate for your cost per unit shipped.
We have a better way to save you money! Our drop frames allow you to maximize shipping potential with 4,400 cubic feet of loading space. This reliable and thoroughly field proven system also allows side to side trailer leveling, and can handle loads of up to 40,000 pounds.

Adjustable to Dock Height
This is done by making the tires smaller, which lowers the height of the trailer floor by 12 inches to 16 inches, just behind the front jack legs, hence the name drop deck. Our drop deck vans are able to match loading dock heights of up to 54 inches.
